It was great to know that the steaks would be delivered in person by the owner of the company; not the impersonal treatment by UPS or FEDEX for an out of town steak company. The gift recipient said they were nicely packed, but has not yet tried them. Easy to make this happen from 1,100 miles away. Would use again if the need arises.
