The turkey ribs were excellent, and the customer service was top notch. I'll definitely be ordering again.

I’ve been trying to find these online for about a year. Who would have known “Scapula” was the correct search! These are fabulous, the exact same as I’ve been getting from a little Ma & Pa Bbq spot by our house. Perfect price, perfect service, perfect packaging & perfect shipment. Did I say PERFECT? I even called the phone number once I got my order to see what would happen. Someone actually answered! That doesn’t happen much these days. I will definitely be ordering again & again.

Great amount of meat on the bone, full of flavor, and the kids love em!!!!

Order shipped out fast. I received several calls after my order was placed. Prior to shipment and after I received my order to assure it was received. The Best customer service I've ever received. Steaks were a hit for Memorial day!

The quality was unmatched! The service was even better.
