Good quality. Good service.

The packaging and delivery were great, however the cooked product was very disappointing. Beef was very tough, gristley and the duxelle mushrooms were very watery and not flavorful. Really had high hopes it just fell far short of expectations. The interaction with the owner of the company was always courteous and proferssional and kept me informed of shipment dates and staus, I felt that he truly cared about me as a customer.

Unfortunately it was not delivered to the front door but by side garage. No notification it was delivered. It was found late in day and When found no dry ice left and starting to thaw

Great steaks and perfect size

Great amount of meat on the bone, full of flavor, and the kids love em!!!!
