A Southern Coastal favorite. A whole shrimp, marinated in a hardwood smoked BBQ sauce, placed on a savory hand-formed grit cake, with Tasso ham, green onion, and blackened seasoning.

Heating Instructions:

From frozen bake in a pre-heated 350ºF convection oven for 6-8 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165ºF as measured by use of a thermometer.

Bite size shrimp and grits

These appetizers have all the flavor of traditional shrimp and grits, but in an easy to serve bite sized grit cake. The shrimp are on the spicy side, but the grit cake balances the heat nicely. Perfect apps for a brunch or Cajun menu.
